I knew what car I wanted and the 7-day return policy is perfect to make sure the car is what I expected. Test drive different models and trims at a dealership until you have a decision on what you want and then shop for that model on Carvana. I don't think their rates were great but I was planning on using my financing anyways.
It wasn't a game like at a dealership, they explained everything that was going to happen so I was prepared. i could text my advocate questions and having it delivered to my house made me feel like I was in my comfort zone during the process. Everything was easy to understand, easy to ask questions. I knew exactly what model I wanted and wrote to dealerships and tried to negotiate prices but after all the fees are added on to their quote, Carvana was the better deal.Įven if the price wasn't better I will buy from Carvana again because the experience was amazing and would be worth paying extra.
